Objective 1: Having a purposeful conversation

You may not have a lot of time for many of your conversations as a Digital Ambassador. You may have to have multiple short conversations in a row with different people. You'll have to get to the point, connect with the other person so you share relevant information, make sure that person understands what you are sharing, and clearly wrap up your conversation. You can think of the flow of a purposeful conversation as

1. Having a goal you both agree on;
2. Sharing of information and/or new skills;
3. Having time for practice and questions; and
4. Closing with clear next steps.
