Activity: Practice Positive Language

Come up with a list of other examples that you and other Digital Ambassadors can use. Begin with the examples of positive language provided earlier. Consider some situations where it might be difficult to use positive language, such as when a customer is upset or is using negative language. How can you turn that around and make it positive? Focus on the characteristics of Positive Language and write examples that can turn a negative situation around.
