You have a lot of tools at your disposal to improve your writing. You can easily look up words to find the right one. You even have tools that review and correct your writing as you are doing it. They are on our phones and computers. Use them! Look for the grammar and spelling suggestions when you are composing a document, email, or text. You don’t have to accept every suggestion, but when there is one, you should review it.
If the program you’re writing in doesn’t support grammar/spell checking, try composing in another application. You can use a program like Word or Google Docs to compose your message and then copy your completed message over when you’re done.

Grammarly is a free browser plug-in that reviews your writing and suggests improvements, even in online forms. Check to see if it is approved before trying to install it on school devices.
