Reflection on Being Professional

Identify the characteristics of professionalism that are most important to you. Which characteristics are ones that others already identify with you? For example, maybe others see you as being reliable and respectful when you are working in groups or teams. You may also see yourself as competent in several areas. Some of them may or may not be areas related to technology. Share at least three characteristics that you feel describe you and give examples of why.

In your reflection, also identify areas that you might still be working on. For example, you may not feel like you are as organized as you would like to be. 

Review the posts from others. If you can, share ideas for how others can develop the areas they are working on. For example, if you have experience working with older adults and have developed greater patience, share your strategies for others to try.
