How'd You Do?

You may have noticed that BOTH of the emails in the previous discussion activity are good candidates for phishing. They both contain many different clues, like sloppy grammar, punctuation, and other formatting. Both also have a pretty informal tone for being a company email. Remember your professional writing tips. If the email isn't professional, using your name and including clearly identifiable corporate information, be suspicious. Including links and attachments is also a red flag, but not always. You have to teacher others how to investigate links without clicking on them. It can take some time.
