Just having 14 characters isn't sufficient to have a strong passphrase. If your 14 characters spell out common words, names, places, sports teams--any word, actually--it's easier to crack. You can use the old guidance about using different types of characters, but your passphrase should not contain a word that can be found in a dictionary, in any language. For example, the word animal is found in the dictionary but if you change it to an1m@l, that word is not found in the dictionary.
