Our understanding of how people of all ages best learn continues to evolve. Those six assumptions might best be described as assumptions for how experienced learners prefer to learn. Many of the adults you work with will be experienced learners, but their experiences with different technologies can vary. You may work with adults who are novices with a particular technology resource but who are NOT novice learners. Below are those six assumptions rephrased into strategies you can use with adults of various experiences.
