The Digital Ambassadors CourseModule 3: Designing LearningObjective 2: Creating Professional Tutorials

Share Your Tutorial

When you're done, you need to share your tutorial. What's the best way to do that? If you are working in-person with older learners, you can print out and share copies when you meet.

You might create tutorials that others can use. In that case, can you post them to a Digital Ambassador website? If it's going to be on a website, what format does it need to be in? Should it be a video, PDF file, or other format?

Check out some of the sites shared earlier to see how they share tutorial information.

  • Cyber-Seniors
  • Generations on Line
  • Teeniors
  • Teens Teach Tech

You might even consider ways to promote your tutorial. Can you get the word out through eNewsletters, mailing lists, or social media? Remember to only use resources that your district supports. If your tutorial is for a specific audience, like the members of a retirement community, figure out the methods they prefer to receive this type of information so you can make them aware of your tutorial.
