Unit 2: Understanding Hardware

This unit focuses on preparing a PC for a user. It should include some information and skills that are already familiar, at least to students who successfully completed IT Fundamentals. Students should understand and be able to demonstrate how to install common system components and peripherals, including motherboards, add-on cards, memory and configuring storage.
