Activity: Design a Learning Assessment

Ask an adult a technology skill they’d like to learn and determine what they should know and be able to do to demonstrate they’ve learned it. You can use one of the examples already given, like using apps or saving pictures, or come up with something new.

Design a task that will help both the learner and you understand that they have developed the knowledge and skills to demonstrate they have learned the technology skill. It should be complete enough that the learner will understand they have been successful and can continue to do the skill when you’re not around. Feel free to work with a partner or a small group.
